Staff positions include Kitchen/Bath designers and office space planners trained in computer-aided design; Showroom Assistants with skills in interior design and decoration; Construction and Plant Managers.
Factory positions include cabinet-makers, wood-working machinists, countertop fabricators (we are certified in solid surface fabrication by DuPont CORIAN); and cabinet installers with skills in finish carpentry. Installation tradesmen must be qualified in installation of built-in appliances.
Entry-level positions are often available for some classifications. We are registered with, and certified by, the Bureau of Apprenticeship & Training, U.S. Department of Labor, for the occupation of Cabinet-Maker. Employees on this 4-year program must attend company-paid related courses at Henry Ford Community College in Dearborn, Michigan.
